Extention of period of Claims & Objections to 27th October 2013
This is to inform all concerned that the period of Filing Claims & Objections has been extended to 27th October 2013, by Election Commission of India, Vide its letter dated 25th October 2013.
SUMMARY REVISION DATES EXTENDED UPTO 25th OCTOBER 2014
This is to inform all concerned that period of filing claims and objections originally scheduled from 16th September 2013 upto 17th October 2013, has been extended upto 25th October 2013.
All concerned are requested to use the extended period for filing claims for Voters list in Form 6, Form 6A, Form 7, Form 8, Form 8A.

Public Notice Summary Revision 2014
Special summary Revision of Electoral Roll with 1st January 2014 as reference date. All citizens who have completed 18 years on this reference date are eligible for enrollment. The Schedule of the programme is as under;

During
the summary revision period of 16th Sept though 17th Oct.
2014 on all working days and special campaign days officers will be deputed at
designated locations along with the newly published voters list for public
inspection and will also receive
applications of claims and objections. A claim for addition can be made in form
No.6, for deletion in form No.7, for modification in form No.8 and a claim for
transposition of entry from one part of roll to another can be done in form
No.8A..
PUBLIC NOTICE OF DELETIONS 2013
Public Notice for Proposed Deletions of Voters who are not ordinarily resident at address of registration for reasons of either being Shifted, Deceased (Dead) or Repeated is Issued (Notice Link) herewith. Any Person/s having objection/s regarding the proposed deletion/s should file written objection along with documents supporting his or her objections within 7 days to the office of concerned Electoral Registration officer (ERO) at Address given in Public Notice.

Check whether your Photo is their in Electoral Rolls
Electoral Registration Officers (ERO) of all 26 Assembly Constituencies in Mumbai Suburban District, Are collecting photographs of all voters whose photo are not incorporated in Electoral Roll. An appeal to all Voters - PLEASE VERIFY- Whether your photo in available in electoral roll.
Use our Online Voters list search Facility Verify whether your name is there in electoral roll. If No apply in form number 6 for inclusion of your name to ERO of your constituency. If your entry has some mistakes or your photograph is missing , apply in form number 8 for corrections, along with photo and document to your ERO. If you have Shifted, changed your residence and have changed address you should take care to get the electoral roll updated. Apply in form no 8A for transposition of entry if you have shifted (Changed residence) in same constituency. If you have changed your residence to another constituency, then apply for deletion in form Number 7, in constituency of old residence and apply for inclusion in form 6 at new residence.

Final Publication of Electoral Rolls 2013
Final Publication of Electoral Roll after Special Summary Revision 2013 with 01-01-2013 as qualifying date was made on 15-01-2013 As per the guideline of Election Commission of India. The Published Rolls are Available for inspection, at the office of ERO (Electoral Registration Office) of respective Assembly Constituency (Addresses).
