In a reference
regarding publication of DAVP’s News paperAdvt. on the occasion of the death
anniversary of former Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi and the birth
anniversary of Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the
Commission vide letter No. 437/6/CG/2013-CC & BE dated 30th
October, 2013, granted permission to the publication of photographs and message
related to departed political leaders except those leaders who passed away in
the recent past.
B) Display of names of MPs etc. under MPLAD scheme-:
•The names of MPs/MLAs
etc. on moving objects like water tankers/ ambulances etc. should be suitably
covered for the duration of the polls
